(1) Telephone Consultation Service
We also provide consultation services on the telephone during business office hours (West Australian Time). We can provide you with a 15-minute telephone consultation with a Registered Migration Consultant that would only cost you $70.
The amount will be completely deducted if you choose the full package after the consultation service. Below are the steps you need to follow to buy the Telephone Consultation Service:
- Submit payment of $70. (Time and Date will be sent to you via email as soon as payment is received).
- Call our office at the predetermined time and date for the 15 -minute consultation with a Registered Migration Consultant.
Please note that calls for the telephone consultation service by clients should be made at a Western Australian time. The cost of telephone calls shall be borne by the client.
(2) Submit Questions* Online (Email or Fax)
Do you need quick and accurate answers to your questions on migration?
MEA provides you with the opportunity to prepare your questions and send them online via email or Fax. You will pay only $15 per question submitted. A Registered Migration Consultant will send you a detailed written response within 3 working days. Below are the steps to follow to buy the Submit Questions Online service:

- Received a detailed response within 3 working days.

Please note that MigrationExecutive.com reserves the right to decide in its absolute discretion what constitutes an appropriate question. A Registered Migration Consultant may opt not to respond to a question that:
- concerns a response that can only be determined by the discretion or internal policies of a third party (such as DIMIA);
- needs advice or opinions on issues unrelated to migration laws or regulations;
- requires a recommendation as to a particular course of action that is unlawful; or
- cannot be reasonably interpreted in English
Any questions deemed to meet these criteria, and hence be classified as inappropriate questions, would, if answered, be strictly an expression of general opinion only and do not form part of the Service. MigrationExecutive.com advises you to seek independent professional advice on any matters unrelated to migration advice.

Fees that we charged for our services can vary depending on individual circumstances. Please also note that government charges, costs of medical examination, police clearances, IELTS (English Language Tests), photocopies and the costs of business plans and business proposals are excluded. Payment Terms and options:
We would require 50% of the quoted fee to begin the application process for your visa and the remaining 50% on submission of your application to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).
Prices and Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars only.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard credit cards. We also accept cheques and money orders, please see our payments section. For payment by cheque, please be aware that we will wait for the cheque to clear before sending your order. This can take up to 1 working week, depending on bank processing time.
